FAMILY FUN
ON THE FARM (AND MUCH MORE)!
On Saturday, October 16, from 10 am
until 3 pm, everyone is invited to discover the agricultural side of
Warren County.
Do
you want to spend a beautiful fall day exploring the back roads and
byways of Warren County, learning more about the largest “industry” in
Warren County, and enjoy the annual leaf show besides??
The Future of Agriculture Task
Force is sponsoring a Fall Ag Tour for anyone interested in taking part.
There will be over 10 locations for you to visit, including many
different kinds of farms (alpaca, buffalo, vegetable, dairy and others),
a winery, greenhouses, and a small chunk of old growth forest (Heart’s
Content). And don’t forget to drop by the
Warren County Farmers' Market in the parking lot behind the library
in Warren from 8 am to 12 noon that day. The Master Gardeners will be
presenting "Fall Decorating with Pumpkins and Gourds."
Participants include

Riverview Farms,
Bully Hollow
Alpaca Farm, Elmview Jersey Dairy,
